Cancellation and Change Policy

Clients may request rescheduling up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date by contacting us via contact form. Approved changes will be applied to the booking without extra charge.

Refund Policy

Refunds for canceled bookings are processed to your original payment channel or by electronic bank transfer to your provided account. Refund requests must be made at least 21 days before the start date. If a booking is canceled between 14 and 7 days prior, a 50% refund applies. For cancellations within 7 days, services are non-refundable due to staffing and planning commitments.

3.2 Digital Wellness Guides

These information products include e-books and video courses on rehabilitation exercises and healthy living practices.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Customers may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase. If digital content has not been downloaded or accessed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment channel. Once access is granted, no returns or refunds are available.

Physical products such as therapeutic devices and wellness supplements purchased through our site.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via contact form.
